Terms and Conditions

Booking and payment

• A non-refundable booking deposit of £500 is required to secure your date. This amount is deducted from your chosen package total.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing.

Cancellation policy

• The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
• If you rebook to a new date and we are available, the deposit will be transferred; availability cannot be guaranteed.
• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel (due to illness or emergency), a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.

Delivery

• Final films are delivered via digital download/online gallery within 8–12 weeks of your wedding date, unless otherwise agreed.
• Highlights and sneak peeks are delivered as early as possible, typically within 2–4 weeks.
• Full-resolution copies of your films are provided via a secure online gallery for private viewing and sharing.

Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring the timing and structure of your day allows the filmmaker to capture the key moments.
• We require reasonable access to you and your guests throughout the day.
• Any specific shots or must-capture moments should be communicated in advance.

Copyright and usage

• All copyright in the films remains the property of Redbeard Film Co until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the couple receives the right to share, display, and distribute their personal wedding films.
• Redbeard Film Co reserves the right to use footage from your wedding in portfolios, showreels, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

• We take every care to capture your day fully, but we cannot guarantee the capture of any specific moment beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
• We are not liable for events beyond our control, including adverse weather or venue restrictions, that affect filming.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If you have an active booking, any material changes will be communicated directly.
